AI-LAB – Artificial Intelligence Laboratory

As part of the State Program for Digital Transformation, the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (AI-LAB) is being established at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The laboratory develops intelligent solutions to improve the efficiency of public administration

Goals and Objectives:

  • Development and testing of AI models for analyzing personnel and administrative data
  • Adaptation of algorithms to the tasks of government bodies, taking into account national specifics
  • All solutions are tested for effectiveness and compliance with information security requirements

    Application of AI for

    • automatic processing of citizens’ inquiries
    • generation of standard administrative documents
    • analytical support for managerial decision-making
    • identification of duplicate and irrelevant functions within government bodies

    Security and Access

    • Access to the laboratory infrastructure is limited to authorized personnel
    • Activities are conducted in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan’s legislation on personal data protection
    • A system of access control and monitoring ensures the security of both facilities and digital resources
